Carers are mums, dads, grandparents, siblings and other family and friends who look after someone who becomes sick through Cancer, Medical Conditions, Accident, Mental Health or Aging or Disability.
Carers are also children as young as eight years old. They provide any type of emotional or physical support, for any amount of time.
Most of us don’t think it’s anything special to be a Carer. It’s just a part of life. We’re just doing what you do as a mum, dad, daughter, son or friend. While this is true, caring for someone who is sick is an unavoidable part of relationships, caring for someone also has risks to your physical and mental health.

This raffle is being held for The Carers Foundation Holdings Ltd ABN: 64 607 052 933, PO Box 256 , Samford, QLD, 4520.
The raffle commences on the 19th of August 2024, closes on the 2nd of December 2024 and will be drawn on the 2nd of December 2024 at 2 Currumburra Road Ashmore at 3:00PM. The draw will be conducted using a RaffleLink System draw process. Ticket buyers do not have to be present at the draw. Winners will be contacted by email within 2 days after draw. Winners may also receive a phone call from the raffle organisers. Details of the Winner(s) will be displayed at www.facebook.com/kingsfordlawyers and rafflelink.com.au/Carers-Foundation.
