The Australian Road Safety Foundation (ARSF) is a not for profit organisation dedicated to improving road safety outcomes and reducing the rates of death and the mental and physical injuries that result from road crashes. The funds raised will allow the ARSF to continue their innovative road safety awareness programs, education, advocacy, research and community engagement.

The raffle commences on the 20th of December 2024, closes on the 12th of March 2025 and will be drawn on the 14th of March 2025 at ARSF Head Office, Unit 10 65 Business Street, Yatala Qld 4207 at 10:00am. The draw will be conducted using a manual draw process. Ticket buyers do not have to be present at the draw. Winners will be contacted by email or phone within 2 days after draw. Details of the Winner(s) will be displayed at www.arsf.com.au and rafflelink.com.au/arsfsubarucrosstrek and publication will be by the 17th March 2025. The following persons are ineligible to purchase tickets for themselves or on behalf of any other person: a) Office holders and employees of the Australian Road Safety Foundation and Subaru (Aust) Pty Ltd; b) The raffle organisers/nominee of the raffle; and c) Relatives* of office holders, employees and the raffle organisers/nominee. *Note: "Relative" means spouse (including de facto spouse), parent, child or sibling (whether of full or half-blood). The draw will be conducted by marble draw method. The prize being supplied by the Australian Road Safety Foundation (and not Subaru (Aust) Pty Limited) is a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek 2.0S and a Jayco Jpod X, both the vehicle and caravan are inclusive of all statutory and on road costs, registration, stamp duty, and CTP Insurance, but does not include any additional insurance, licence/s, other accessories, and any other ancillary costs not listed in this prize section. The prize also includes $5,000 fuel. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize vehicle and caravan do not come with comprehensive car or caravan insurance as this is the responsibility of the winner and in no way are the organisers of the raffle liable for any damage to the vehicle, caravan or third parties (including their property) following delivery of the vehicle and caravan. All expenses associated with collection will be at the Winner's cost. We will endeavour to deliver the prize to a car and caravan dealership closest to the prize winner and will not pay for flights, taxi’s etc. for the prize winner to get to the dealership. The specification and drive-away RRP of the vehicle or caravan may be changed at any time at Subaru Australia’s and Jayco’s sole discretion. RRP is correct at time of print. Prize is non-transferable or available in cash equivalent, subject to each participating state's legislative requirements. Winners have 12 months from the date of notification to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed after 12 months from notification, then the raffle organiser will advise the regulatory bodies in each state as required and seek approval to sell the prize and apply the sale proceeds to the beneficiary's purpose. Following the sale of the prize, a QLD winner may still come forward to claim the prize up until 3 years after the notification date. If a winner resides in SA and their prize is not claimed by 14 March 2026, then another ticket for this prize will be drawn from SA entrants only via barrel draw method at 10:00am on 16 November 2026 at Unit 10, 65 Business Street, Yatala QLD 4207. The redraw winner has 3 months from date of notification to claim their prize. Jayco is the supplier of the prize caravan to the ARSF only, Subaru (Aust) Pty Limited is the supplier of the prize vehicle to ARSF only, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, accepts no liability in respect of the conduct of this raffle.
