This raffle is being held for FIJIKIDS! LEARNING FOR LIFE FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE ABN: 35407893496, 6 BRODRICK BOULEVARD, KELLYVILLE, NSW, 2155.
The Raffle commences on the 1st of October 2023, closes on the 24th of December 2023 and will be drawn on the 31st of December 2023 at 6 Brodrick Boulevard, Kellyville, NSW 2155 at 1200. The draw will be conducted using a RaffleLink System draw process. Ticket buyers do not have to be present at the draw. Winners will be contacted by email within 2 days after draw. Winners may also receive a phone call from the raffle organisers. Details of the Winner(s) will be displayed at www.facebook.com/FijiKids and rafflelink.com.au/fijidreamholiday2023. State(s) where tickets are on sale ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC by Fundraising Agent Mike Greasley, Fiji Kids, 6 Brodrick Boulevard, Kellyville, NSW, 2155 whose authority to fundraise can be verified with the beneficiary.
Travel prize must be redeemed within 12 months of raffle draw date. Airfares from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane only. Excludes peak periods of December/January, Easter and Australian school holidays. Travel and accommodation must be booked at least 30 days prior to date of departure and is subject to availability.
Tickets are not transferable, nor redeemable for cash or any other form. Ticket sales will not exceed $25,000.
Fiji Kids! Learning for Life Fundraising Committee trustees, raffle organisers and their immediate families (those living at the same premises) are not permitted to participate in the raffle.
Prize Claim – Winners have 12 months from the date of notification to claim their prize.
Redraw Policy - If a winner resides in either the ACT, NSW or SA and their prize is not claimed by 12 months after notification then another ticket for this prize will be drawn from ACT or NSW or SA entrants only via electronic random ticket number selection at noon on 2 January 2025 at Fiji Kids registered office, 6 Brodrick Bvd, Kellyville, NSW 2155. The redraw winner has 12 months from date of notification to claim their prize.
Unclaimed Prize - If a prize is not claimed after 12 months from notification of initial draw, or redraw where a redraw applies, then the raffle organiser will advise the regulatory bodies in each state as required and seek their direction and/or approval to sell the prize and apply the sale proceeds to the beneficiary’s purpose.

The odds of winning the stated prizes based on the total possible ticket sales displayed are: 1st Prize 1/6830. Prizes are not transferable and non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated or permitted by state regulations.
