Prize redeemable in all states and territories where tickets for this raffle can be purchased. The Winner will receive a MG ZS Excite 1.5L FWD (“the Prize") from Q Automotive Group Trading as Springwood MG. The Winner must hold a QLD or NSW drivers licence. If the winner does not hold a QLD or NSW drivers licence the prize will be registered to a nominated person as decided by the winner. The Prize or any unused portion, is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the Prize. The winner will be required to collect the prize from Springwood MG located at 3344 Pacific Highway, Springwood QLD 4127. The Prize includes the vehicle ‘On Road’ meaning it will be a vehicle fully registered with 12 months registration, compulsory Third party & Stamp duty. The winner may choose to purchase at their cost additional extras such as accessories, Tint, and Vehicle Protection products. It is recommended the winner takes out comprehensive insurance which is their responsibility to purchase. The specification and drive-away RRP of the vehicle may be changed at any time at the discretion of the Q Automotive Group. RRP is correct at the time of print.

The Raffle commences on the 14th of October 2021, closes on the 26th of March 2022 and will be drawn on the 26th of March 2022 at Pimpama State School, 9 Hotham Creek Rd, Pimpama QLD 4209 at 2:00PM. Details of the Winner(s) will be displayed at http://pimpama-ss-150th.net and https://rafflelink.com.au/pss150. State(s) where tickets are on sale NSW, QLD. This raffle is being held for Pimpama State School P & C Association 9 Hotham Creek Road, Pimpama, QLD, 4209.
Pimpama State School P & C Association executive committee, school principals, raffle organising committee, and their immediate families (those living at the same premises) are not permitted to participate in the raffle.
The draw will be conducted by the marble draw method. Ticket buyers do not have to be present at the draw. Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email within 2 days after the draw.
Prize Claim - Winners have 12 months from the date of notification to claim their prize.
Unclaimed Prize - If a prize is not claimed after 12 months from notification, then the raffle organiser will advise the regulatory bodies in each state as required and seek their direction and/or approval to sell the prize and apply the sale proceeds to the beneficiary’s purpose. Following the sale of the prize a QLD winner may still come forward to claim the prize up until 3 years after the notification date.
Prize is non-transferable or available in cash equivalent and may be substituted, subject to each participating state’s legislative requirements.
