Instead of entering cash sales one at a time through the payment form, you can now process up to 5 ticket sales simultaneously. This streamlined approach significantly reduces the time spent on administrative tasks while maintaining the same professional record-keeping and communication with your buyers.
How It Works
The process is simple:
- Collect cash sales using our printable forms at your events, markets, or through your volunteers
- When ready, head to your Admin Panel and select "Bulk Cash Sales" under Common Requests
- Enter the details for up to 5 sales at once
- Submit the batch, and our system will:
- Automatically assign sequential ticket numbers
- Create digital records for each sale
- Send confirmation emails to all purchasers
- Update your sales dashboard in real-time
