Terms & Conditions

This raffle is being held for Rutherford Public School Parents & Citizens Association ABN: 75985318468, Weblands Street, Rutherford , NSW, 2320.

The Raffle commences on the 30th of October 2023, closes on the 10th of December 2023 and will be drawn on the 11th of December 2023 at Weblands St Rutherford at 8am. The draw will be conducted using a RaffleLink System draw process. Ticket buyers do not have to be present at the draw. Winners will be contacted by email within 2 days after draw. Winners may also receive a phone call from the raffle organisers. Details of the Winner(s) will be displayed at www.facebook.com/RutherfordPS and rafflelink.com.au/rpspandcxmas2023. State(s) where tickets are on sale NSW.

If gift cards are lost or stolen after winner has collected, they cannot be replaced.

Persons under the age of 18 years are unable to enter.

Prizes are not transferable and non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated or permitted by state regulations. Prizes may be substituted, subject to each participating state's legislative requirements. Some images are display only and may not be a true reflection of the prize.
