The Raffle commences on the 8th of October 2023, closes on the 23rd of March 2024 and will be drawn on the 23rd of March 2024 at Po Box 544, Dubbo NSW 2830 at 8.00pm. The draw will be conducted using a RaffleLink System draw process. Ticket buyers do not have to be present at the draw. Winners will be contacted by email within 2 days after draw. Dubbo City & Gilgandra Toyota will communicate with The Winner the latest information regarding the delivery date as soon as it becomes available.
The drawn winner is not required to have a valid driver's licence to win the prize, but a prize may only be collected by a representative of a winner who is in possession of a valid driver's licence at the time of collection of such prize.
The Promoter and sponsors take no responsibility for petrol, comprehensive insurance, health, transport, body, paint or mechanical damage, or any other costs of damages from date of delivery. The winner acknowledges that any aftermarket accessories fitted to the vehicle may impact the manufacturer's warranty and accept that the promoter and/or sponsors are not liable for any and all claims arising from the addition of aftermarket accessories to the vehicle.
The winner is responsible to ensure that the vehicle complies with any road transport safety regulations in their home state.
The winner will be responsible for any expenses incurred getting to Dubbo for collecting the prize from the Promoter by the date arranged with the Promoter and Dubbo City Toyota.
The ongoing costs of driving or transporting the prize vehicle are the responsibility of the winner.
