This raffle is being held for St Hilda's School ABN: 24459030832, PO Box 290 Southport 4215, 52 High Street, Southport, QLD, 4215.
The raffle commences on the 27th of March 2026, closes on the 30th of August 2026 and will be drawn on the 30th of August 2026 at Ross Street, Benowa at 12pm. The draw will be conducted using a RaffleLink System draw process. Ticket buyers do not have to be present at the draw. Winners will be contacted by email or phone within 2 days after draw. The raffle is open to residents of Queensland and New South Wales aged 18 years or older. St Hilda's Staff and their immediate family, Office Bearers of the St Hilda's Rowing Supporters Group, those directly involved in the draw of the raffle, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
The raffle will commence on the 27 March 2026 and conclude on the 30 August 2026. A minimum of 150 tickets must be sold by 28 August 2026 for prize pool to be drawn on the 30 August 2026. Should the minimum sales not be reached by 28 August 2026, entrants will be contacted, and the draw date will be extended to Sunday, 6 September 2026.
The prize for the raffle is as follows:
1st Prize $10,000 in cash via electronic transfer.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
Winner must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If a prize is not claimed within this period, a new winner will be drawn.
By participating in this raffle, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. St Hilda's reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions. St Hilda's is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.
Personal information collected from entrants will be used to solely for the purpose of conducting the raffle and will not be shared with third parties.
Persons under the age of 18 years are unable to enter.
Prizes are not transferable and non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated or permitted by state regulations. Prizes may be substituted, subject to each participating state's legislative requirements. Some images are display only and may not be a true reflection of the prize.
