Kershew Stainless Steel knife set

1 x Skeeter III

These are high-precision scissors with razor-sharp edges and a very fine point. Lightweight and comfortable, Skeeter III is able to cut through a wide variety of materials from feathers and deer hair to wire and tinsel.

1 x 7 " Fillet Knife

The blade is made of Japanese 420J2 stainless steel with just the right degree of flex to make the job of filleting simple. This softer steel enables the blade to bend without breaking so that it moves easily through the body of the fish to give you the ideal fillet.

1 x 9" Fillet Knife

For the ones that didn't get away, you're going to need a good fillet knife. The Kershaw 9". Fillet is perfect for filleting larger fish with ease.

1 x 12" Curved Knife

The 12-inch Curved knife is the right knife to break down and fillet larger fish and game. It's perfect for most saltwater fish, large freshwater fish, as well as a variety of game. It excels at helping you break down fish and game into more manageable sizes.

1 x K -Texture 9" Granton Knife

The curved blades length enables you to cut all the way through and gives you the full range of motion needed in order to make a clean cut. It's great for processing wild fish and game, but many chefs also choose this larger breaking knife for processing meat in their own kitchens.
